THE COMMISSIONERS QUAY INN, BLYTH 

We are recruiting for the following staff to join the team at our exciting brand new pub with rooms in Blyth, Northumberland. 

SOUS CHEF

We are now recruiting for a skilled Sous Chef to join our team at this fabulous addition to the Inn Collection Group portfolio.

We pride ourselves at the Inn Collection Group in providing fresh dishes, sourced from local suppliers from 7am through until 9pm every. We invest in the best equipment on the market for our busy kitchens to ensure we can do this.

If you have experience, drive and desire and are able to support the delivery of this simple philosophy, we want to speak to you. You will be instrumental in the training and setup of this soon to be thriving kitchen at this exciting time.
