Keith Liddell

Keith Liddell has almost 35 years’ leisure sector management experience under his belt. Keith founded the Inn Collection Group business model and is responsible for the Group’s direction and strategic growth. His breadth of experience encompasses various management & director roles, including Imperial Inns and Taverns, Whitbread Inns and Wessex Taverns. As an ex first class rugby player with Swansea his current sporting interests include shooting and golf.

Geoff Hodgson

Non-Executive Chairman

Geoff Hodgson

Geoff brings international sales and marketing expertise to the Group gained through his work with global brands including Proctor and Gamble, Diageo and Coca Cola. He has extensive knowledge of marketing the hospitality and leisure industry through his previous chairmanship of the North East Tourist Board and as the region’s representative on the London 2012 Nations and Regions Board. Geoff began his career in the sector as a sales and marketing director of the Newcastle Breweries and is a former chief executive of the Federation Brewery. Geoff then started a number of pub companies and currently holds several non executive roles.

Sean Donkin

Sean Donkin

Sean’s 15 years’ experience in pub and hotel management has equipped him with the skills to oversee the seamless operational management of the Inn Collection’s growing portfolio. He is responsible for project development across the group, recruiting and promoting talented individuals and ensuring that the day-to-day management of the units runs smoothly and exceeds customers’ expectations.

Charlotte Turner

Charlotte Turner

Committed to ensuring the group’s continued success, Charlotte has been an integral part of The Inn Collection Group for almost ten years. She has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the group, honed from her experience as assistant manager at both The Hog’s Head Inn and The Bamburgh Castle Inn through to her role today, overseeing the group’s central reservations and guest service operations and day-to-day smooth running of the office. Always ensuring a friendly, professional service, Charlotte is skilled at facilitating the group’s people, information and resources.
