The Inn Collection Group has appointed a new Property Director, Louise Stewart, as it continues to roll out expansion plans across the North of England.
Louise joins the team with experience and knowledge in abundance, having worked for over 20 years in the commercial property industry, as well as being a Chartered Building Surveyor with a Masters in Construction Project Management.
Joining the group from consultants Silverstone Building Consultancy, where she was a Director, Louise has vast experience in project managing multi-million-pound refurbishments of commercial property and new-build developments, as well as pre-acquisition surveys and feasibility studies. Silverstone is appointed on multiple refurbishment projects for the Inn Collection Group and will continue its project management role working with Louise in her new post.
Working with various stakeholders including private and public sector means Louise has learnt to tailor her leadership skills to apply different approaches to the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget and to the highest of standards.
Sean Donkin, The Inn Collection Group’s Managing Director, said: “We are delighted to welcome Louise to the team. As we continue to grow, it is vital we strengthen our team with highly skilled professionals such as Louise, and we are excited for what she will bring to the group. We would like to wish her a long and prosperous association with The Inn Collection Group.”
Louise joins the group as its growth journey continues, with the current portfolio of pubs standing at 19 and several refurbishments planned for 2021. The Alchemy backed group is aiming for a site total of 22 by March 31, 2021 and key appointments like Louise will help ensure this, whilst still continuously delivering on quality.
Louise explained: “It is exciting to join a company with such ambitious growth plans and I can’t wait to get started. Their current offering is something that customers love, and I can’t wait to help continue growing this across all their sites.”
Her appointment comes following the group being named as finalists in the national Publican Awards which champion the best of the sector. As well as being shortlisted for Best Accommodation Provider and Best Managed Pub Operator, the group will be looking to retain the title of Best Pub Employer – a title it has held for the previous two years.
The group’s portfolio of sites spreads across the North of England in Northumberland, County Durham, North Yorkshire, Cumbria, and Lancashire, as it continues to deliver it’s strategic ‘buy and build’ growth plans, supported with banking via OakNorth.
