The Inn Collection Group’s portfolio reaches 23 as it acquires The Carlton Hotel in the popular north-west seaside resort of Lytham St Annes.
The acquisition of The Carlton Hotel takes the group’s estate total to 23, with the site reopening Monday 24th May, trading as a part of The Lindum.

The Alchemy-backed group has recently re-evaluated its growth plans and has increased its target of sites to 40 by the end of 2022. During the last month, the group has expanded its portfolio further by acquiring two sites in the Lake District, The Wateredge Inn and The Waterhead Inn.
The group is also set to open new build site on Wearside in June. The Seaburn Inn is a 40-bedroom unit located on the shores of Seaburn and offers en-suite rooms with sea views, al fresco dining, and a children’s play area.
The Inn Collection Group were advised by Imogen Holland at Newcastle-based law firm Ward Hadaway, with Neil Hart at Bradley Hall on pre-acquisition diligence.
