The wellbeing of our staff and customers will continue to be of the utmost importance to us. The team at The Inn Collection Group have been continuously working hard on changes and precautions that may need to be made so that you can enjoy your visit. We’ve introduced a range of cleaning protocols, in addition to our already thorough processes, to ensure you enjoy a safe and stress-free stay with us.

You can also find some answers below to any questions you may find yourself asking before you arrive. Any questions you may have not listed below can be sent to info@inncollectiongroup.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
All our guests are required by law to wear a mask whilst in any of our inns, except when in their rooms or sat at a table in our pubs.
The process will remain much as it was pre-COVID, but with Social Distancing Markers. The process will still occur at the reception areas and but will occur from behind a perspex screen. Any documents that may need a signature will be signed using a sanitised pen, then disposed of in a separate container to be sanitised after use.
We will also encourage guests to use contactless payment where possible. The bill can be broken down into separate payments so the minimum amount can be transacted more than once. ApplePay can also be used to the full amount as there are no minimum restrictions.
We are following the UK Government’s guidelines and all of our Inns are Covid Secure. We have implemented new Covid-19 secure operating procedures to ensure the safety of all our staff, customers, and visitors to any Inn Collection Group venue. Everyone must wear a mask in public areas, except when sat at a table. Socially distancing markers will be applied throughout the Inn to indicate how far apart guests should be from one and other. Full sanitisation of any areas after use will be carried out. Posters displaying information will be distributed around the venue. Cleaning and disinfecting will be carried out throughout the day as guests come and go. Wherever possible, we will be implementing a one-way system, to reduce the chance of contact with others. We will be encouraging guests to pre-book their table and time.
All necessary precautions will be taken to ensure your stay is a safe and happy experience.
Of course! A team member will greet you and take you directly to your table. Hand sanitiser stations will remain in place and we will be encouraging guests to make use of these regularly throughout their visit. Where possible a one-way system will be introduced to our sites to manage entry and exit from the site. All service for food and drink will be provided at the table and as such guests will be unable to purchase anything at the bar. We request that guests stay at their table as much as they can during their visit. We will introduce new, disposable menus and our teams will only be laying the table once the customer is seated. To maintain social distancing measures, the number of tables within our restaurants may be reduced and where necessary, protective screens will be in place.
Bedrooms will continue to meet our high standards of cleanliness, plus additional sanitisation, including touch points such as door handles and TV remotes. Our housekeeping staff will wear appropriate PPE while cleaning the bedrooms to ensure a safe environment.
Yes, all team members including, Front of House, House Keeping, Kitchen Staff and Maintenance will be provided with appropriate PPE at all times and will always be wearing masks.
Signs/posters, floor stickers and distance markers along with traffic flow through the building will now indicate where measures are required. This will ensure staff and guests are kept to a minimum of 2 meters from each other when there is a need to queue. All team members are to ensure they are being used effectively at all times.
