Sitting in a commanding position overlooking the sprawling Longsands Beach, the art deco-style building has been completely renovated by The Inn Collection Group.

Offering 72 bedrooms with a mix of single, double, twin and family configurations, The Tynemouth Castle Inn also boasts a selection of suites to offer the ultimate seaside stays at one of the north east’s most renowned beaches.

Open all day, every day, the Inn will serve delicious pub food and well-kept drinks in a completely renovated bar and outdoor terrace. Oswins, Tynemouth’s newest fish & chip takeaway, has also opened and is serving the freshest fish around. An exciting new ice cream parlour, Cones, has also opened and visitors are enjoying delicious icecream classics, quirky flavours and so much more, no matter the weather!
